What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and support in clients’ homes

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor health and report changes to supervising nurse or care coordinator

• Support clients’ emotional and social well-being with dignity and respect
